Base price for Fork Servicing

A fork service includes disassembly of both forks, inspection of bushings and internal components and rebuild with new seals and top quality fluid.

In some cases, particularly with bushes and other wear parts, we will advise that parts are worn and require replacement. Don't worry, we will always chat through your options with you before we proceed with additional repair work.

Evo builds have been the 'in' thing they're now just a thing and we're here for it; we LOVE an evo build. We love an evo build even more when we've had a chance to be involved.

A shock service includes complete disassembly of the shock, inspection of internal components and rebuild with new seals, bushes, top quality fluid and finished with a re-gas.

From time to time, we will advise that additional parts outside of what is included as standard require replacement. Don't worry, we will always chat through your options with you before we proceed with additional repair work.

The coatings we offer fall into two categories; performance and aesthetic.

On the performance side, we have DLC or TiN options, both serving the same purpose. DLC and TiN coating are applied to the fork stanchion or shock piston rod to reduce friction and make it easier for the fork or shock to move up and down. The lower the friction, the better the suspension will function, so this is a great upgrade.

On the aesthetic side, we have anodising or powder coating available to really set you apart from the pack! We can simply bring your stuff back to the OEM spec or we can change the look completely. For example, why not have your shock spring powder coated to change from boring white to candy apple red!

If are tuning options are not quite what you are looking for and you want to go to the that ultimate performance level, we can supply, fit and tune some really trick aftermarket solutions.

We work with all the major OEM suppliers, such as KYB, Showa and WP as well as excellent British supplier K-Tech to provide our customers with every performance option imaginable. Depending on what you are looking to achieve, the prices aren't necessarily as scary as you'd think, either.
